APPLICATIONS
• The scholarship application form is available online (www.foundation.uwlax.edu/schgeneralapp.pdf). This application is for all scholarships unless otherwise noted in the scholarship criteria or, in the case of freshman, applicants must submit the Freshman Scholarship Application (http://foundation.uwlax.edu/schfreshmenapp.html) which is also available online.

• Completed applications for continuing students are to be returned to the offices indicated in each section of this Web site on or before March 1st at 4:30 p.m. (If March 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline will be the immediately following Monday.)

• Completed applications for freshmen students are to be returned to the Foundation Office postmarked no later than Feb. 15 .

For continuing students
If financial aid is a criterion for this scholarship, we will contact the Financial Aid office to acquire your financial aid rating. If you have not applied for financial aid, or if "no need" was found, then you will not satisfy this criterion.

Each scholarship application must be complete, including all required information and attachments. Incomplete applications, or applications that do not meet all required criteria, will not be considered.
